Welcome to our family-run service company! Established by Thomas and Anna Kasprzycki, we combine a profound love for nature with a dedication to excellence in our field. Our journey is rooted in integrity and the belief that every day presents a chance for growth. We encourage you to learn more about us and see how our passion and commitment to quality work have led us to where we are today.
Our Journey
Thomas grew up in Pleasant Lake, Michigan, and continues to reside and operate out of his hometown. As a young child, Tom enjoyed assisting his father on the golf course with any work that needed to be done. As he grew older so did his responsibilities. He began to plant and maintain a large and beautiful collection of trees and bushes throughout a 27-hole golf course. Over 40 years later, Tom's 40 years of experience and love for nature along with Anna's education in the field of business spun into what we today know as One Man and a Lift LLC. Today we maintain properties and service customers throughout Ingham, Jackson, and Washtenaw counties. Services currently offered include trimming, pruning, chipping, splitting, removal, stump grinding, gutter cleaning and landscaping. The future holds many possibilities and we hope you will come along with us for the ride.
